Ecommerce Advertising Architect

Job Description: Perform keyword research analysis for clients using third-party software/tools, aligning strategies with internal Copy and Data Analytics teams for keyword and category-level insights. Use company technology platform to change bids and optimize campaigns to achieve specific client goals. Help develop an advertising platform for Hinge Axis utilizing Jira with the technology project management department. Research new API on different eCommerce platforms to help formulate responses, building a robust database for Hinge clients. Upload and organize client creative assets (ads) for Amazon DSP. Analyze and report campaign performance against goals (defined KPIs and ROI) on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis and communicate the strategy, insights, and results with internal partners and external clients. Conduct, analyze, and report A/B tests utilizing campaign variables (i.e.: SP ads, SB ads, targeting, keyword bidding) to reach the agreed upon KPIs. Manage growth and sales and ROI for our Marketplace Clients. Create, optimize, and manage sponsored products, sponsored brand, product attribute targeting, sponsored display ads, etc. Assist client Account Managers with day-to-day advertising/marketing tasks to support our growing client base. Stay informed with e-commerce retail industry best practices, new trends technologies, marketplaces, and platform updates (i.e.: Amazon, Wal-Mart, Target+, Shopify, etc.). Directing and supporting the development and adoption of Hinge Axis Advertising Software Module. Serve as the liaison between the software development team and the advertising team to build and execute the Hinge Axis advertising module for reporting and campaign management efficiency. May work remotely from anywhere in the United States.


Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in market research, information systems, or related field or 24 months of experience in market research or information systems; 12 months of experience managing and optimizing brands accounts within different categories on different marketplaces; 12 months working with Amazon Seller and Vendor Central platforms; demonstrated proficiency with bulk operations files in Microsoft Excel, advertising and software development principles, API, systems integration, and data analysis; and excellent communication skills.
