Fred Killingsworth is the founder and CEO. Fred’s vision, leadership principles, and philosophy are a product of military honor, sense of mission, big vision, and tenacity. His leadership is one that sets aggressive goals and fosters team member empowerment and accountability. He has a proven track record building multi billion-dollar businesses. Fred is passionate about applying his strategic thinking and leadership to help other companies drive their e-commerce businesses.


Dean Seifert
President & COO
Dean Seifert oversees operations including creative, product, and technology teams. Dean brings more than 25 years of global business leadership experience in both Fortune 500 and start-up companies. Previously, he held senior leadership positions at Amazon. As a Director and General Manager, Dean was instrumental in growing the Amazon Gift Card program, launching several new products and expanding the offering throughout Europe and Asia. He also led Amazon’s Dash Replenishment Program within the Alexa Organization.

Michelle Sickle
Vice President - Client Strategy & Operations
Michelle Sickle has held roles in vendor management, buying, merchandising, and product development over the past 17 years. She comes with a wealth of experience from retail and e-commerce. Before her time at HINGE GLOBAL, she worked for Amazon, Lands’ End, Old Navy, and The Gap. Michelle is passionate about the retail industry and leads brands by having a dedication to the customer, reacting quickly in ever-changing trends, while staying focused on driving sales and impacting the bottom line.

Kathy Cummins
Head of Marketing, Data & Analytics
Kathy Mak Cummins brings more than 25 years of marketing and big data analytics experience from her careers at both P&G and Nielsen. She leads corporate marketing at HINGE GLOBAL and oversees Research & Data Analytics.

Jill Cappaert
Director of Creative Services
Jill Cappaert spent 8 years leading copy and content at Amazon before broadening her skills to include additional direct e-commerce, social media, and blogs. She leads a team of copywriters with a combined 14 years of Amazon experience that produce excellent results to drive optimal organic search and conversion while maintaining brand voice.

Andrea Gillespie
Creative Director
Andrea has 13 years of experience in design and has specialized in eCommerce design since 2014. She leads a team of innovative designers with a combined 24 years of design experience. The team strives to strengthen brand consistency across e-commerce platforms while delivering innovative ways to showcase and refresh brand content.

Brian Killingsworth
Sr. Manager of Project Management
Brian Killingsworth previously worked with N8 Essentials as their Supply Chain and Operations leader. Prior to N8, Brian was the CEO of Heart of America Pharmacy. Brian will bring his unique mix of business and operational expertise to help us become more streamlined in our service delivery, especially as we bring on new partners and business models, such as Salsify and DM Fulfillment.
