Fred Killingsworth is the founder and CEO. Fred’s vision, leadership principles, and philosophy are a product of military honor, sense of mission, big vision, and tenacity. His leadership is one that sets aggressive goals and fosters team member empowerment and accountability. He has a proven track record building multi billion-dollar businesses. Fred is passionate about applying his strategic thinking and leadership to help other companies drive their e-commerce businesses.


Dean Seifert

President & COO

Dean Seifert oversees operations including creative, product, and technology teams. Dean brings more than 25 years of global business leadership experience in both Fortune 500 and start-up companies. Previously, he held senior leadership positions at Amazon. As a Director and General Manager, Dean was instrumental in growing the Amazon Gift Card program, launching several new products and expanding the offering throughout Europe and Asia. He also led Amazon’s Dash Replenishment Program within the Alexa Organization.


Alyssa Karrasch

Vice President of Business Development

Alyssa Karrasch has 20 years of experience in the Retail Industry and Tech that includes Merchandising, Product Development, Account Management, Strategy, Omni Channel retailing, and more. Prior to HINGE GLOBAL, Alyssa spent the last 5 ½ years at Amazon helping to build & grow Amazon Fashion, leading strategic relationships for brands like Levi's, Dockers, and VF Corporation. At HINGE GLOBAL, her focus is on client success as well as areas related to growth and expansion of the business into new geographies and marketplaces.


Kathy Cummins

Head of Marketing, Data & Analytics

Kathy Mak Cummins brings more than 25 years of marketing and big data analytics experience from her careers at both P&G and Nielsen. She leads corporate marketing at HINGE GLOBAL and oversees Research & Data Analytics.


Jill Cappaert

Director of Creative Services

Jill Cappaert spent 8 years leading copy and content at Amazon before broadening her skills to include additional direct e-commerce, social media, and blogs. She leads a team of copywriters with a combined 14 years of Amazon experience that produce excellent results to drive optimal organic search and conversion while maintaining brand voice.


Jeanine Fye

Director of Seller Operations

Jeanine Fye has a broad range of e-commerce experience across industries, ranging from operations, sales, marketing, and customer service using diverse marketplaces and platforms. She leads the operations team with a combined 14 years of Amazon experience. The team has excellent operational expertise with record-breaking promotions and a marketing background on Amazon.
